National Sales Manager (Agency Sales): Our Central Support office is based at the Barcelo Hinckley Island Hotel. You will develop and manage existing relationships with identified hotel booking agents, increasing awareness, market share and profitability for the group. These accounts will vary in size with the potential to increase revenue for the group. You will be involved in managing a number of Corporate Travel Managers from accounts managed by our key partners with national potential.This role will involve a great deal of travelling around the country, dependent on the location of accounts and will therefore involve being away from home. Regional Director of Sales - Scotland: Our Central Support office is based at the Barcelo Hinckley Island Hotel. Based in Scotland, you will be responsible for targeting both Key Accounts and regional accounts for new and repeat business, you will maximise and build on all sales opportunities for the company from within the scottish region to ensure that they achieve the company budgeted revenue. Your key focus will be on maximising pipeline business by identifying and taking specific actions to secure business from customers and following up on all key enquiries. You will be expected to carry out a minimum of 8 sales calls each week and will be responsible for maximising the penetration of accounts for both confernce and room night sales. You will also attend sales strategy meetings (at least one per quarter) at hotels within the scottish region in which you will operate.Based at our prestigious Edinburgh Carlton Hotel you will also be responsible for the Troon Marine and the Stirling Highland Hotel.
